One of the things I have been working on here at FBS IDX Solutions is our presence on social media. We started a campaign at the first of the year to ramp up the efforts with our Facebook business page. On most weekdays we publish posts that share actionable news, resources and content from our ever-expanding library of content resources.

Chances are your members are active on Facebook and we would love to have the opportunity for our posts to show up in their news feeds. One of the things we have noticed is that when association staff shares posts they think are relevant to their members, we see an exponential increase in member engagement.

A few months into my role at FBS I was contacted by an an MLS AE who asked if I could send him the PowerPoint deck I used during in the presentation so he could repurpose it and share it with his members.

Which got some cogs turning over here in our IDX Solutions department (aka: BAS / Broker Agent Services.)

What if all MLS execs and their staff could access pre-made but customizable content on IDX and online marketing, instead of having to create it from scratch themselves?

Thus was born MLS Toolkit, this online resource for you and your staff, to help you educate your members and respond to their persistent questions about the complex and often confusing world of home search data feeds and products, and the online marketing world that these live within.
